Customers do not have to give up any land for the road in our project as the company has allocated 25% of the total land for the road separately.

In our project 10% of the total price has to be paid as down payment.

We register the land with the one-time council and issue documents after the installment is paid in case of installments.

At present there are 3 pamphlets on the land in the said project. For example: 1.RS 2.SA and 3.CS.

The project has no government khas land, the project is complete.

Dhaka Modern City Ltd. registered the sub-kabla only after paying the full amount.

Dhaka Modern City Ltd. wants to relieve the liability by explaining the possession to the customer along with the sub-kabla document.
